  • ½ head Green Cabbage, chopped into 1-inch strips
  • 6 cups Vegetable Broth
  • ¼ bunch fresh Parsley, chopped
  • ½ tbsp. Smoked Paprika Powder
  • 1 tsp. Dried Oregano
  • ½ tsp. Dried Thyme
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice

Procedure:

  • In a large soup pot, heat olive oil.
  • Add garlic and onion. Sauté until the onions are soft.

  • Add diced tomatoes (juice included) and tomato sauce
  • Add cabbage. Stir to combine.
  • Pour in the vegetable broth and add the parsley, paprika, oregano, and thyme.
  • Taste the broth and add salt and pepper to your liking.
